Right of Withdrawal


You have the right to withdraw from your contract during a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The period of 14 days starts from the day you or another person (not the mail courier) receives the item.

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to custom-made products (for example: individual figures, dioramas, prints, etc.) (§ 18 FAGG)

a clear reason (for example a letter sent via snail mail, or an email) that you want to withdraw from your contract. This declaration has to be sent before the withdrawal period of 14 days ends.

Consequences of withdrawalIf you withdraw from your contract, we have to refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (only standard shipping costs will be refunded). We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal from the contract. To refund we use the same payment method you used in placing your original order, except for any other agreements made. Under no circumstances we will charge you extra costs for the refund.

You have to take over the shipping costs of sending the product back to us. In case of careless handling on your side, we cannot be made responsible for any decreased product value. We can deny the refund until we have received the products back or you have shown us a verification of having the products sent back, depending on what occurs first.
