By contacting us through the form on our website or by sending us an email, please be informed that we keep your personal data for processing your request and, in case of additional questions, for up to six months. We never pass your data on to third parties without your agreement.

Personal data
Personal data include name, address, email and telephone number of our customers.  Not included are anonymous data, which cannot be assigned to a person, for example statistical data. 


Use of personal data

To use our webpage effectively, it is necessary to open an account. For this, we require your personal data such as your name, your address and your email. Only registered customers can process orders and use further options of our website.

It is essential to use a valid personal email address so that we can activate your new account or send you an order confirmation. Please remember to check your spam folder if you haven't received an email yet, and to put us on the white list.

For reasons of processing any order and later processing the contract, personal data such as your IP-address, your name and address, as well as purchased items and date of purchase will be recorded.


Transfer of personal data
We do not transfer personal data to third parties, except for the number of your credit card or bank account to the transacting bank/payment service provider, and only for the purpose of debiting you with the amount specified on your invoice.

If you cancel your order, all payment data will be deleted. In case of a contract taking place, all data used for this contract have to be stored until the fiscal storage deadline (7 years). Data such as "name", "address", "purchased item" and "purchase date" will be stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing is based on the telecommunication law § 96 Abs 3 TKG and Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (agreement) and/or b (necessary for fulfill a contract) of GDPR.

Newsletter
You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter on our webpage. Your email address as well as your approval to receive our newsletter is required. Subscribing to our newsletter works via a so-called Double-Opt-In-Process. Once you have subscribed to our newsletter, we are sending you a confirmation email with a link to approve the subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time. There is a link to unsubscribe at the end of every newsletter.

Our newsletter keeps our customers updated about our offers, new products and other interesting news about our product range.

To receive our newsletter, you need to enter a valid email address. The email address used in the subscription will be checked for validity. After subscribing to our newsletter, we will save your IP-address and the date and time of the subscription. This guarantees validity should a third party try to infringe your email address and subscribe without your knowledge or agreement.

Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Opening our webpage your web browser relies on loading all necessary functions and map data directly from the Google server. This server may be located in the USA or other countries. We don't have any possibility to manage this and we are not receiving any information from Google if you exchanged map data during your visit on our webpage. We don't know if Google only send you the necessary information or using more about your system like for example your IP-address, information about your browser for statistic use. Google Maps
Our website is using the product Google Maps of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). By using our website you declare your agreement of capturing, processing and using the authorized data through Google Inc, their representative and third parties. Refer to Google Maps "terms of use from Google Maps".

Google Services
Google is capturing information about the device you use, such as the type of device, the operating system version, device detection and information about the mobile network including your phone number. In some cases Google is connecting your detected device with your phone number to your Google account.

If you use Google services it is possible that we are processing information about your location. For location determination we are using different technologies such as IP-address, GPS and other sensors which are sending Google information about close-by devices, WIFI access points or cell towers.


Social Media
On our webpage we have integrated plugins from Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto,CA 94304, USA. Visiting our webpage causes a direct connection to a Facebook server. On this way Facebook gets the information that you have visited our webpage with your IP address. If you press "like", "share" or a similar button, Facebook is assigning the IP-address automatically to your Facebook account. This process can only happen if you are signed in to your Facebook account at the same moment. About the use and the type of used data we don't have any knowledge and are guiding you directly to Facebook for more information. If you don't wish an assignment of your IP-address to your Facebook account, please sign out at your Facebook account before visiting our webpage.

Your rights
Basically you have the right of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and withdrawal. If you think that the use of your data is in conflict with the General Data Protection Regulation or your rights of data privacy is infringed in any other way, you have the possibiilty to complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this authority is the data protection authority ("Datenschutzbehörde").
